Happy Birthday America

Happy birthday America!  4th of July is definitely one of our favorite weeks of the year!  We celebrate the entire week with neighbors, friends and family!  Could not be more proud to be an American and could not love this holiday more!

Our neighborhood block party is definitely one of our favorite traditions!  It has grown so much over the years, more families and bigger fireworks!  We are so blessed to have the best neighborhood crew!

The growing kid squad!
Love these moms so much!  Best support system and the most fun group of moms around!

And you can't beat this group of dads!

Our husbands put on the best fireworks show around and we all have the best seats!

So glad we were able to make it out to Grandpa Jack's this year for his annual pool party!  The kids always love spending time with him!
We had the best time on the actual 4th with all our neighbors at the Flemings annual pool party!  Great company, good food and drinks, fun pool games, sunshine and endless swimming!

We ended the night with more amazing neighborhood fireworks!

God bless the U.S.A. and this amazing life we are living!!!

Braves take on Arkansas

Some of the best baseball weekends are when we travel out of town for a tournament!  The kids and parents always have the best time!  This Braves trip was to Springdale/Fayetteville for the Arkansas Showcase Championship.

One of the boys favorite parts of a travel weekend is opening their goodie bags!  It's like the Christmas of baseball!

Such a good looking group of baseball boys!

                                                                       #1 has my heart!
He has been working so hard this summer on his pitching and it is showing!  So proud of this kid!  He doesn't pitch the fastest but he is the most consistent throwing strikes!
The hotel was set up perfectly for all sorts of fun!  The boys ran circles around each floor non-stop and went up and down the glass elevator constantly.  Perfect for hide and seek!

We had the most fun playing a kids vs parents whiffle ball game one evening!  We have a competitive group of boys, buts it's nothing compared to the parents!

Matching swim trunks were in each goodie bag!  Red, white and blue all the way!

Some of the best memories were cramming around the lobby tv to cheer on Sooner softball!  Boomer Sooner!

This kid played hard and crashed hard, uniform and all between games on Sunday!  Sign of a great weekend!
