The kids didn't return to school from Christmas break until January 9th so we squeezed in a little Purgatory ski trip! We had the best time last year so it was a quick YES when we asked the kids about going back! We had the absolute best time! The kids are becoming great skiiers with no fear or hestitation. They would ski multiple times each year if we had the time (and money)!
We stopped in Santa Fe on our way to Durango and enjoyed some Mexican food and strolling around town.
Getting all our gear and ready for our first day on the slopes!
While we got settled in our house the kids explored and did some sledding! We were in such a great location directly across from Purgatory!
This is what happens when its a house full of girls . . .
Thankful to have these moms to ski with because my kids definitely didn't want to wait for me!!! I sure love watching the kids ski but I'm definitely not needed on the mountain, and I am 100% OK with that!
We sure do love vacationing with the Hills!Jackson was pumped to see one of his buddies, Jensen. They took off and skiied the first afternoon together.
Such a fun group of moms to ski with and takes break with :) . . .
Celebrating with the birthday girl, Monica!
Cheers to these amazing friends and all our fun times together . . .
love all these sweet kids and the skiing memories they will have together!
Happy 12th birthday to Jackson and Harper!!! So glad we were skiing on their birthday, instead of driving home like last year! It was the perfect bday for these two ski bums!
I sure do love these two!!! Can't believe they are 1 year away from being teenagers!!!
Another amazing ski trip in the books and the kids are already counting down until next year!!! So glad we are starting to make this an annual trip!
