Central 8th Grade Football

Jackson wrapped up his 8th grade football season with an incredible 6–2 record. Beyond proud of him and his Tiger teammates! They went from a 1–7 season in 7th grade to 6–2 this year, clinching the Edmond City Champ title. They put in the work during the off-season, stayed locked in all year, and had amazing coaches who believed in them every step of the way!

Jackson had himself a season! He played safety, wide receiver, punter, and kicker — and was one of only two players on the field for every single down. He loved trying a new sport and getting to play alongside all his school friends. This kid never ceases to amaze me with everything he does. He’s always locked in and somehow balances it all perfectly. I’m tired just trying to keep up!

Love our #10!

First touchdown and it was a good one!

Big wins and big post game smiles!

Thursday game days were my favorite getting to cheer on J&H

Central football whiteout . . . anytime the kids can wear eye black they are all in!

Jackson took his play studying seriously!

Central played Cimarron the last game of the season and beat them the 2nd time of the year, clinching the City Champs title.  After the game, the Memorial HS head football coach brought both teams together and told them they are now ONE team.  The future is bright for Bulldog football!
CITY CHAMPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Jackson said this is a night he will never forget!

Proud of you Jackson!
