Central 8th Grade Football

Jackson wrapped up his 8th grade football season with an incredible 6–2 record. Beyond proud of him and his Tiger teammates! They went from a 1–7 season in 7th grade to 6–2 this year, clinching the Edmond City Champ title. They put in the work during the off-season, stayed locked in all year, and had amazing coaches who believed in them every step of the way!

Jackson had himself a season! He played safety, wide receiver, punter, and kicker — and was one of only two players on the field for every single down. He loved trying a new sport and getting to play alongside all his school friends. This kid never ceases to amaze me with everything he does. He’s always locked in and somehow balances it all perfectly. I’m tired just trying to keep up!

Love our #10!

First touchdown and it was a good one!

Big wins and big post game smiles!

Thursday game days were my favorite getting to cheer on J&H

Central football whiteout . . . anytime the kids can wear eye black they are all in!

Jackson took his play studying seriously!

Central played Cimarron the last game of the season and beat them the 2nd time of the year, clinching the City Champs title.  After the game, the Memorial HS head football coach brought both teams together and told them they are now ONE team.  The future is bright for Bulldog football!
CITY CHAMPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Jackson said this is a night he will never forget!

Proud of you Jackson!

Charge Vball

Harper played her 13s club volleyball season with Charge on their American team.  It was her best year yet and will be hard to beat!   She had the best coaches, great teammates and fun team families which made for the best season of club volleyball!  We made friendships that hopefully last way beyond the court!

Love watching Harps do what she loves!

Always fun running into mom friends from the previous season at the first tournament

We tailgated at almost every tournament and it was a blast!  We cooked the best food from breakfast to dinner, laughed nonstop and made the best memories!
The parents vs players game was a BLAST!  Our parent team kicked some butt!  It felt so good being back on the volleyball court!

Love this group SO much!

Tailgate fun included Mason learning how to shotgun a beer!  I may have re-learned as well!  Important life skills being taught on volleyball weekends!

Erica Maldonado is a coach I hope Harper always remembers.  Not only was she a great coach on the court but she inspired the girls off the court as well.  So thankful for a season under her wings!
A mom on the team said "Don't cry because its over, Smile because it happened".  It was hard seeing the season come to an end but so thankful for the amazing experience.  This season will be hard to top!

Cotillion - Boombox

The first 8th grade Cotillion was a huge hit at Boombox Beach Club!  Jackson said it was his favorite so far!  These kids played for 2 hrs straight!  Love this group so much.  They may all have their close friend groups but it always impresses me how they all hang out!

the boys were in football mode so they combined a little football with volleyball to come up with their own game
