Happy Bday America

My favorite day (week) of the year didn't disappoint once again!  I love everything about the 4th of the July; fireworks, everyone wearing red white and blue, listening to God Bless the USA, parades, swim parties . . . SO MUCH FUN and such a great reminder of how lucky we are to live in the USA.

We kciked off the celebrations with our annual Bella Terra block party.  Every year gets bigger and better with more great neighbors joining in the fun!

This year all the famlies went in on wholesale fireworks together and boy did we put on a show.  We basically had a 2 hour grand finale!

 We even had a few neighbors schedule out the timing of the fireworks.  Impressive!

The sheriff that patrols the neighborhood was making his rounds and decided to join in the fun!  He brought all the kids lots of goodies and let them each sit in the back seat of this patrol truck!  Big hit with the kids!  And such a good feeling to know we have such an amazing sheriff watching over our neighborhood!

We kicked off the actual 4th at the Edmond parade.  We recently completed our family trust and our attorney's office is on the parade route.  He hosted a huge watch party with lots of food, drinks and fun!  So spoiled!

After the parade we had a swim party and BBQ at the house!  Such a fun day!

We wrapped up the day watching fireworks from our driveway! Happy Birthday America!
