OU Homecoming

These three are definitely Sooner Born and Sooner Bred. We love introducing the kids to traditions that we loved so much in college.  The kids loved seeing the castles (Beta and Chio houses), touring campus and most importantly collecting a stash of candy during the parade.

After such a fun morning we heard about the tragedy in Stillwater.  It is hard blogging about how much fun we had at OU homecoming when our hearts ache so much for everyone involved in the OSU tragedy.  It is so sad how a school tradition can suddenly turn so bad with one person's stupid actions.  It makes me treasure our morning enjoying homecoming even more!

We loved meeting sweet Harlow and Mason loved being the paci thief!

Happy Boy

Sweet Mason you have completely stolen my heart and have me 100% wrapped around your little fingers.  You are the happiest, sweetest, funny and smart little boy.  I love watching your little personality grow.  My baby boy now is looking and acting like a little boy.  Time please slow down.

When you are the 3rd child you get to lay in the middle of the kitchen and watch the ipad while I'm cooking :)

And you get to sneak an oreo . . .
So much love between these two!

Happy 60th

We had such a fun weekend celebrating Grandpas 60th birthday in OKC.  Tyler is off hunting in Colorado so Nana and Grandpa came to town to help with the kids and most importantly celebrate a milestone birthday.

On Friday Nana and Grandpa brought the troops downtown to visit me at work and to hit up Pumpkinville in Myriad Gardens.

Friday night was adult night celebrating the birthday boy.  We started with a surprise visit to the Escape Room.  Who wouldn't want to celebrate a birthday being locked in a room with your family for an hour trying to find clues to break out.  Unfortunately we didn't have any luck breaking out
and after an hour we were still locked in.
Then we headed to the Drake for a seafood feast followed by a few nightcap drinks.

Happy birthday dad!

Orr Family Farm

Fall is my favorite time of year and I love squeezing in lots of visits to different pumpkin patches.  This was our first visit to Orr Family Farm and it definitely won't be our last!  We thought we would be beating the rush by going early October on a Friday morning but boy were we wrong!  We were there along with every local elementary school.  Still super fun though!

What a difference a year makes!!!  Last year J&H were too terrified to get on a pony, this year they LOVED it!
