Happy Easter

We had such a great Easter weekend spending time with family and friends!

On Friday we headed downtown for pizza at my favorite place, Empire Slice, and then to the OKC Blue basketball game.  We made a quick stop at Myriad Gardens to snap a few pics with the beautiful spring flowers!

The kids were pretty proud of their Thunder tattoos.  I thought they might be wearing them to Easter church but luckily I was able to scrub them off!

Little man was determined to steal a kiss from Harper!

Saturday was full of egg hunts and lots of fun.  We started the morning with an egg hunt and brunch at Oak Tree followed by an afternoon egg hunt in our neighborhood and ended with OU making it to the final four!!!!  What a day!  A perfect day at that with great friends, family and perfect weather!

Sunday we woke up to rain, cold and a visit from the Easter bunny.  Hunting for eggs never gets old for these little ones!  Then off to church to rejoice and celebrate that He Has Risen!  A great message and reminder of the true meaning of this special day.

Blessed beyond words!

Cinderella

Harper and I had the perfect girls night this past Thursday seeing Cinderella.  It was an evening I had dreamed about since the day I found out I was having my own little princess.  A much needed girls night out!

Harper looked beyond beautiful for her special night!

While the girls were out playing, J was hard at work at his first tball game of the season.  Harper called J before the show started to see how his game went and J was so excited to tell her that he hit the ball to the fence!  So cute listening to their conversations.  Sad to miss J's first game but I'm super pumped for the rest of the season!

A Boy and His Hat

Mason saw Jackson slip on his Bears tball hat this evening and head to practice.  As soon as J was out the door Mason was on a mission to find a hat for himself.  He borrowed his big brother's Cardinals hat for the evening and looked too cute not to capture some pics.  Some of my favorite pictures of Jackson are wearing this same hat.  Something about a little boy wearing a hat makes them look so grown up and so darn cute!!!

The picture below is J in the Cardinals hat at the same age.  They seriously could be the twins!
