Last Field Trip

 We've started all the "lasts" of elementary school for Jackson and Harper.  Their last field trip was a service field trip to a horse therapy place.  The kids helped with gardening, cleaning saddles, brushing horses, etc.  Such a great experience for the kids to give back to the community with their classmates!

Arkansas Baseball

 One of our favorite spring baseball weekends is a tournament in Fayetteville, Arkansas with our Braves families!  We always leave saying we would love for one of our kids to go to University of Arkansas.  It's such an easy drive, beautiful scenery, great restaurants and amazing baseball fields!  

We have loved getting to know Jackson's new baseball families this season!  

And we always love a weekend with our little Braves families! 

Parks and Mase are two peas in a pod!  They are brothers living in separate houses :). 

Kids favorite part of a travel weekend is their goodie bags!  We love spoiling these boys for all their hard work!

Mason played on the most beautiful turf fields, with "Mount Kessler" in the background.  The moms and siblings enjoyed pre-game hikes up Mount Kessler while the boys were warming up!  The Little Braves had a rough Saturday of ballgames but battled back on Sunday to beat the teams they lost to on Saturday.  They came up short in the semifinals but they left with their heads held high!

Big Braves battled all weekend and left with a 2nd place finish!  Jackson was on fire on the mound and playing 3rd base.  Jackson put in a lot of work in the off season and it's definitely showing on the field!  He's such a great all around dependable player!

It was a LONG and LATE weekend of baseball.  We hit the road around 10:00pm to head back to OKC and the boys crashed quickly!

Happy 9th Bday Mase

 Happy happy 9th birthday Mason Mark Miller!  Your big brown eyes had me from day 1!  You are our sweet and spicy kiddo that will ALWAYS keep us on our toes but will love us extra big for doing so!   You are the best cuddler, you give the most loving hugs, you are extremely witty and quick with one liners, you are super caring, extremely athletic, smarter than you know, you are a great friend, extremely onery, the biggest breakfast eater, the sweetest tooth and an all around amazing kid!  You are always down for a good time and always worried about the fun you might be missing!  You keep life light hearted and fun!  You might be shy at first but once you feel comfortable you will let those in and show them what a special kid you are!  You are super stylish . . . and way cooler than dad or I ever were!  You love your sunglasses, love some bling necklaces, love your bright colored Nikes and love any clothing that is red!  I may have to remind you every.single.day to hang your towels, put your clothes in the dirty laundry and dishes in the dishwasher but I know that you will remember these things when you are on your own and will be an amazing husband for it!  God knew exactly what we needed when he gave us you!  We needed someone to pour life and love into, challenge us and keep us on our toes!  There is no turning our backs on this one!  We love you BIG Mason Miller and can't wait to see you !!!

Mason had the best time celebrating his bday with a morning of paintball with his Braves friends, dads and siblings!  The best birthday party!  They all left with smiles, lots of sweat and a few battle wounds!

Mason had some special visitors from California, Uncle Scott and Aunt Mary, in town on his actual birthday so they all got to join our Sumo birthday dinner!

Mason spent his actual birthday dominating some baseball!  The Braves beat a tough Fuel team 3-2 in 6 innings in the championship game to take first place! 

Best sister cheering squad around!  So glad these girls have each other on long baseball weekends!

Mason had all the family cheering him on to victory!

Best birthday present was a big Dicks rings!!! :)
