School Fun

The last two weeks of school was super busy and full of fun!  Definitely a memorable way to end the kids first year at Red Bud!

For Arbor Day the kids planted trees and landscaping at school!   It will be so cool for the kids to see these trees grow over the years!

First field trip in TWO years . . . to the zoo we went with 2nd grade!

4th grade did the living wax museum as their bigger project to end the year.  Jackson easily chose Jackie Robinson as his historic figure to research.  He was the perfect Jackie Robinson!

Harper got her first choice, Jenny Finch.  Harper definitely chose a great softball pitching idol to research!

Field day is BACK!!!!  Always one of my favorite days growing up so I was excited to volunteer and run the potato sack races!

4th grade walked the red carpet to 5th grade and and accepted their Academy Awards for being "Leaders of the School".   Can't believe Jackson and Harper only have one more year in elementary school!!!

2nd grade ended the year with a Hawaiian luau and ice-cream party!

Love the friendship this trio of neighbors has developed!

That's a wrap on 2nd and 4th grades!  What a great year we all had but can't believe it has already come to an end!  Cheers to summer!

Softball Bling

Harper earned some softball bling of her own!  She pitched her team into the championship game and they ended up taking home 2nd place!  So proud of Harper and her teammates!

Harper has worked hard and become such a consistent pitcher for her team!  Love watching her on the mound!

Mother's Day

Mother's Day weekend was spent at the ballfields watching the boys do what they love and spending time with our baseball families!  The boys and dads made the weekend extra special with special uniforms, flowers, morning mimosas and some Mother's Day bling!

These Raptor boys sure did look good and play good in pink!
