Summer Camp!

All three kids went to their first away camp with Faith Bible Church at Sky Ranch in Quapaw, Oklahoma.  That meant mom and dad had our own kid free camp at home!  The Miller kids were SO excited for camp.  Harper started packing at least 3-4 weeks in advance and all three had multiple sleepless night leading up to camp due to their excitement!  They each had multiple friends going which made the thought of being away from home that much easier!

The kids had a 5:45 wake up call but jumped out of bed instantly with excitement to get on the bus to camp!  Packed and ready to go!

These are all the pictures I have but they all came home with smiles and talked our ears off for days!  This was the perfect away camp experience for the Miller trio!  They came home happy, they grew in their faith, and their hearts were pouring out what they learned!  They had the best 4 days at camp and mom and dad had a pretty good time as well!  We missed them so much but it was good for us all!

Venables Football Camp

We are always excited for OU football and even more so with Coach Venables as head coach!  The boys were so excited to attend his football camp in Norman.  Coach Venables didn't disappoint, he was so hands on with the the boys and all the drills!  Learning from the best!  It was a rainy two days in Norman so the boys spent both days inside.  Thankfully OU has plenty of indoor space!

Mason and Sky had Drake Stoops as their coach the first day!

Phil Loadholt is a big teddy bear that made these boys look so tiny!

From the look in Jackson's eyes he was super focused on whatever Venables was telling him!  Wish I could see Venables face but I have no doubt he was intense, like always!
Venables followed Jackson's group around for a good portion of the day!
I was too cheap to purchase the boys pictures with Venables so these will have to do!

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to the best!!!  We love you so much and are so thankful for everything you do for our family!  You work hard all day and night for our family, whether it's at work or the ballfields, you are always putting us first!  We love you BIG!

We started these pictures when the kids were babies and will continue until they graduate from college!  Why are the kids looking so old?!?!?!?

College World Series!!!

12 years ago Tyler and I made a last minute trip to Omaha to cheer on the Sooners in the College World Series and we had the best time!  So this year as the Sooners were dominating in the regionals and super regionals we told the kids that if OU made it to the CWS we were taking a road trip to Omaha!  And guess what . . . they made it so off to Omaha we drove!

We rolled into town just in time to send the team off from their hotel!
Millers were the first to sign the Boomer Board!

Bonus surprise was meeting Kyler Murray at the hotel!  How freakin cool!!!!  Jackson was able to tell Kyler how he went to the Cardinals/Browns game in Cleveland for his 10th birthday and watched him dominate Baker Mayfield!
W

I spy a few familiar Sooner faces on the left side of the jumbotron!

What a game, OU won 13-8!

All smiles post game!

So fun meeting up with the Ivey boys to celebrate the victory!
The next morning we took a stroll across the Bob Kerrey pedestrian bridge and were in both Iowa and Nebraska.  Tyler and I took this same picture 12 years ago.  A lot has changed in the 12 years!

The team hosted a steak feed lunch for family and fans on their off day!  Such a great opportunity for the kids to meet the players, get autographs, take pics and hear the players/coaches speak!  Each Miller kid walked away with a baseball signed by the entire team!  What a great memory of our fun weekend getaway!

Got to love Kendall Pettis (left fielder)
Tanner Treadway (CF) has been on fire during the playoffs!

We couldn't miss getting a pick with Peyton Graham.  The MLB is about to take him from the Sooners
And the main man himself, head coach Skip Johnson!
We were only gone for 48 hrs but we crammed in a whole lot of fun and made lots of memories!  Boomer Sooner!  We love following our Sooners and experiencing the Sooner magic!
