Summer Days

Another fun summer weekend in the books.  Too bad Monday rolled around too quickly and we were back to reality!

We kicked off the weekend with a little Friday evening bowling which the kids loved!

While bowling two giddy 3 year olds started to convince the moms that a slumber party was needed.  Of course we caved and ended the night with Harper's first slumber party.  There was no way we could deny their excitement!
Saturday Tyler and I braved the heat and played a round of golf with some good friends.  It was super hot but it was nice to play child free.  We ended Saturday with a dive in movie night in our pool with our amazing neighbors!  Such a fun set up and super fun evening for the kids and of course the adults as well!  So fun that it might have latest till the wee hours of Sunday morning :)

Sunday morning we loaded up and headed to church to enjoy the 3rd week of "At the Movies".  The kids loved all the fun activities before church, from flying planes to watching R2D2.

In between all the fun, we signed Jackson up for tball, bought all his gear and started practicing.  Tyler is in heaven playing his favorite sport with his little boy!

Mason had to get in on the action as well!  He can't miss out on anything his big brother is doing!

Between slumber parties, tball and first hair cuts I was reminded again and again that my babies are growing up way to quickly!  Time please so down.  In the meantime I plan to enjoy every minute with these super cute, active and silly munchkins.

First Haircut

It was time to say goodbye to Mason's super adorable curls.  Mason is so hot natured and this heat has been taken a toll on my little man.  The instant we step outside he is drenched in sweat.  So although we loved his curly locks it was time for a summer haircut to help survive this heat wave!  There were tears shed but overall he was a trooper!

This picture doesn't do his curls justice.  He wasn't in the heat long enough Saturday morning for those tight curls to form!

He wasn't too sure about the lady cutting his hair!  He made sure to keep an eye on her.
A bucket full of lollipops cured those haircut blues!

Post haircut looking way too big and even more like this big brother!

Life Lately

Life lately has been busy but when is it not!  The kids had some big milestones the past month.  Mason is now walking!!!!  The twins are swimming without floaties.  And all the kids are back in school a few days a week.  All three are growing up so quickly and becoming so independent.
 They are seriously the cutest!

Mason adores his big brother and sister!
I was so happy to take the kids to school one day last week!  They looked so cute with their huge backpacks on.  Of course Mason spilled water down his shirt just before leaving but luckily it was dry by the time we got to school.
Harper has a new obsession with Aunt Stephanie's little dog Cassie!
And Mason is all over the place now that he has mastered walking!

Princess Heaven

Last Thursday Harper and I had a girls night out to see Mary Poppins at the Civic Center.  It was so nice to have some special time with my princess girl.  It doesn't happen often so I soaked up every minute I had with her.

Prior to the show beginning, the Civic Center was lined with all of Harper's favorite Disney princesses.  She was in HEAVEN.  She squealed and jumped up and down from the time we walked in until the time we sat down in our seats.  If this is any indication of what Disney World is like sign me up!!!

These three princesses greeted Harper as she walked in the door!
And the excited jumping begins . . .

Seeing Anna and Elsa was the highlight of the night.  Once Harper spotted them there was no turning back!
She could have stayed in their arms all evening!

This smile is priceless!  I could have listened to her sweet conversation with Anna and Elsa all night long.
Every princess wanted a turn holding Harper and she wasn't going to deny them of that!

  Excited jumping continues . . .

Such a fun night!  Can't wait for my next one on one kiddo date!
