Basketball

Jackson is playing his first season of winter basketball.  I could not be more proud of this kid.  He started the season shooting air balls every shot, not even close to hitting the rim.  He has been so determined to make a basket and has practiced non-stop.  On nice days he shoots hundreds of shots a day.  Over Christmas he finally made his first basket practicing and hasn't stopped since.  This past Saturday he made his first two baskets during the game.  This mama was practically on the court jumping with excitement.  So proud of you Jackson!  Whatever you set your mind to you will accomplish.  You are one determined and persistent kid!  Wish I could capture better game picks but these kids move SO fast!

 

 

 

Daddy Daughter Dance

Harper has been patiently waiting for this years Oak Tree daddy daughter dance since the second the dance ended last year.  One of her favorite evenings of the year.  She gets to dress up, dance with friends, have a special date with her daddy, eat the biggest cupcakes and do all things girly!  She could not have looked more beautiful!  So glad you enjoyed your special night!

5th Bday Party

Jackson and Harper celebrated their 5th birthday at Oklahoma Gold Gymnastics with ALL their friends.  Such a fun day burning that winter energy.   They ran, climbed, jumped and were all out silly for 1.5 hours and then crashed in the car on the way home.  Having all their friends in one place was so fun.  They truly are blessed with the best friends and we are blessed with great parents to hang with!
