Girls Cancun Trip

A girls trip is always good for the soul, and a family girls trip makes it even sweeter!  After 6 months of trips to Mayo in Rochester MN, trying to nail down my mom's health issues, we knew she needed some rest, relaxation and fun in the sun!  Cancun here we come!!!

We arrived at Garza Blanca and were welcomed with fun cocktails!  Garza Blanca was a great choice for us . . . smaller resort, big rooms/suites that gave us plenty of space to hang out and amazing food.  The beach wasn't the best but the ocean views were amazing!

So glad Harper got to join our girls weekend!
The trip was extra special having my mom's sisters join us from California.  Even more special we got to celebrate Donna's 70th birthday!

special weekend with the Winslow sisters/birthday beaches . . .

We did a girls photo shoot, unfortunately it was SO windy so we were limited on where we could take pictures, but they still turned out great and will be picutres we teasure forever!
Watching Harper sip her fancy virgin cocktails made her look entirely too old!
Another dinner, another 70th birthday celebration!

Donna got herself a man for her bday . . . might have been an inflatable man but it was so entertaining!

We couldn't get enough of this aquarium photo opp . . .

Harper wins for cutest pic!

best weekend with my Harps!

Short but super sweet weekend!

Last Day of School

I will continue to say it . . . but where has time gone?!?  Jackson and Harper wrapped up their 7th grade year and Mason's elementary days came to end finishing 5th grade.  These 3 continue to amaze us in everything they do.  Straight A's all around, involved in so many sports, busy social lives, still hang with the family, hobbies galore . . . Millers are ALL AROUND kids!  I'm excited for a fun summer with my trio!

They have all found amazing friend groups and we are so thankful for that!  Jackson and Harper's friends celebrated the last day of school at the Boombox playing sand volleyball.  Best start to summer with this crew and so fun seeing the boy and girl groups hang!

Mason's best buds celebrated the end of their elementary school era with water balloons, water slides, football and all things outdoors.  Can't wait for these boys to start middle school and all the fun that entails!

5th Grade Clapout

Time sure does fly!!!  Mason's elementary school days have come to an end and he is SO ready for middle school.  His 7 years of elementary school included time at Centennial, a few years of homeschool (thanks to Covid) and 2nd-5th grade at Redbud.

Mason has gone from a super shy, quiet and oh so cute prek boy to a thriving, smart, social, athletic, all around amazing pre-teen!

I still remember his first day of prek like it was yesterday.  He fought off his tears but his emotional mom sure did not.  I instantly broke down into tears after leaving him at school that first day.  Look at this adorable prek Mason!

And look at this handsome and confident elementary school graduate at his 5th grade clapout!  Such a fun afternoon celebrating this 5th grade class!

Thankful for this amazing group of friends!  Excited to watch their friendship grow throughout middle and high school.  It's going to be a fun ride with this group!
I still can't believe Mason is off to middle school but we could not be more proud of him.  The sky is your limit!
